Since 2014, when we launched Turbado with one product (iPhone 5S) and a goal to sell one million iPhones a year, in 28 countries of EU using our innovative business model, we came a long way. We became the best newcomer in history of Amazon Germany, we are the first and only company operating amazon prime warehouses in 3 countries, we are #1 in Poland when it comes to smartphones, our suppliers and brands love and hate us: love us for ease of working with us and hate us for growing larger than their other top 5 customers combined. And our customers love us, they are falling in love over and over again.
With the highest customer retention on the market, we are asked by customers every day, when we gonna open other categories, so they can shop with us more often. Almost as if they wanted to move in with us and live their lives inside Turbado.
This is where our marketplace solution comes in. And because we are different, we do things the hard way, we will not open just any marketplace, but the first cross border focused, as if Europe was a single market.
To sellers we offer:
- sell your goods through us to all EU countries as if you were selling at home
- we take care of all, including invoicing, customer support, returns handling, warranty
- we ask only you invoice us, we invoice the customer,
- and pack the individual package with our shipping label, we handle the rest
To customers we offer:
- as your local marketplace or price comparison site, you can shop at our place,
- only with us you can now see offers not only from top local shops,
- but also from all other countries in Europe, as if Europe was one country
- we deliver the product through local couriers, we handle all payments,
- return the product to us if you don’t want it, send your warranty to us for fast repair
- we bring Europe’s best sellers and brands to your door
